Value in Inpatient Pediatrics Network

I am a pediatric hospitalist at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, which is the county hospital affiliated with Stanford University.  We have a 30-bed general pediatric unit and a small group of hospitlaists and are interested in becoming involved in clinical research.  I am also interested in resident education, quality handoffs, pediatric sedation, and ACGME work hour solutions.  

I also work as a neonatal hospitalist at Packard Children's Hospital on a part-time basis and am interested in optimizing care between multiple providers.
